Challenge
Bosch asked us to launch their new 18v Cordless Power Tool line. Despite being a well-established brand, we needed to tell a deeper story to connect with consumers beyond the typical selling points of durability and toughness. Our goal was to demonstrate how Bosch’s new concept “simplification & health” could change lives.
Solution
To tell the story of how Bosch tools can help workers take on larger projects and increase their value to employers. We created a six-level “job site” to showcase a worker’s evolution and followed them from entry-level to rooftop solar installation, highlighting Bosch’s product versatility.
Results
“Moving On Up” was enthusiastically received by the client and deployed worldwide across 365 individual markets and nearly 300 channels.
The campaign broke new ground in narrative advertising both for the brand and within the category. Enjoying immediate traction and benefitting from organic distribution, the campaign generated more than 12000 unique media impressions and the equivalent of more than 10 Billion dollars of earned fees.
